1 Corinthians 09 - Love Limits Liberty
Description: 1 Co 8:1 says that “knowledge puffs up, but love edifies.” As Christians we have tremendous liberty and freedom, but knowledge of those freedoms is not enough! While we are enjoying those freedoms, we could stumble the unsaved, or those still entrenched in “religion”, or even our own brothers and sisters in the faith. A Christian’s knowledge of his/her liberties, and what freedoms they allow in their lives, must be seasoned with love. Many times our “rights” will need to be given up and replaced with love for others!
